Week 39 Recipe- ACV tonic for bloating and indigestion

This recipe is good after you eat because it helps your stomach get rid of gas.

 

Mix in a glass:

-3 tsp. of ACV

-½ cup of orange juice

-A pinch of cayenne pepper and salt to taste

 

Drink the tonic slowly at room temperature. It will make your stomach feel better immediately! Enjoy!
