Breakfast power pack- Week 10

This supercharged mix of nuts, seeds and dried fruit is a quick fix to sprinkle over fruit salad and yogurt.

1/4 cup linseeds

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/3 cup unsalted pistachio kernels

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup dried cranberries

Select all ingredients

Step 1

Process linseeds, sunflower seeds and pistachio kernels in a food processor until finely chopped.

Step 2

Stir in the chia seeds and dried cranberries.

Step 3

Sprinkle over fresh fruit and can add Greek yogurt.
